Event Name: BWU 2027/2032 & Sponsor Community Appreciation Day
Objective: To celebrate the local community, thank our sponsor, and promote the values of teamwork, leadership, and self-discipline that BWU 2027/2032 instills in its athletes.
Activities:
1. Meet & Greet with BWU Athletes: The young athletes from BWU 2027/2032 will be present to interact with attendees, sign autographs, and share their experiences.
2. Basketball Skills Clinic: BWU 2027/2032 coaches and players can host a mini-basketball clinic where kids from the community can learn basic basketball skills.
3. Sponsor Showcase: Sponsor can display their latest accomplishments and provide more information to the community.
4. Community Service Announcement: Highlight the importance of community service and education, two key pillars of BWU 2027/2032’s mission.
5. Raffle Draw and Carwash: Organize a raffle draw with exciting prizes and Carwash. The proceeds from the raffle ticket sales and carwash can go towards supporting BWU 2027/2032.
6. Food and Music: Local food trucks and live music performances can add a festive atmosphere to the event.
Promotion: Promote the event on social media, local radio stations, and community bulletin boards. Both BWU 2027/2032 and Sponsor can leverage their networks to spread the word.
