Hameln Triathlon, Hiking, Long-distance running ...

Summary

Triathlon driving father of a small family and firefighter who likes to be active in his free time - with a 3-year plan!

Description

Why not support a professional and volunteer firefighter who takes care of his family in the active organization of his free time? In order to stay fit for work and voluntary work, I found my way from pure running to triathlon at some point through colleagues. With swimming, cycling and running, I can keep my basic fitness high for extraordinary operational situations and so be there for my wife and children even after strenuous shifts.

I like to spend my free time actively, if possible in connection with sports. Cycling, if possible a racing bike, means a bit of freedom and relaxation at the same time - getting away from everyday life, but also running, possibly off the beaten track, is part of it. Of course, what should not be missing are competitions, where I always strive to get the best out of myself.

With my three brothers we discovered trekking for ourselves, multi-day tours without permanent accommodation in our Federal Republic should become an integral part of our brotherly bond - maybe later for our children.

So: An all-round package of sport, vocation, family and nature - sounds good, doesn't it?

But what is my goal? I have now completed every distance of the triathlon, from sprints to short and medium to long distances this year at Ironman Frankfurt. Now I want to be faster next year, even faster the following year and then in the third year I want to mix up my age group in various distances in running and triathlon or even win.

Our preferred sponsor

I'm open and see what's coming. Regional support is always great, but national support is also conceivable.

Sponsorship Usage

The sponsorship? For material, maybe trainers or everything around it... My biggest current shortcoming is a lack of a racing or gravel bike for year-round training on the road.
