Description

I am a 23-year-old German heptathlete and the 2025 NCAA Division II silver medalist in the heptathlon. During my track and field career I have overcome a decade of recurring stress fractures and despite the circumstances managed to be a four-time NCAA Division II All-American, the 2023 NCAA Division II Team Champion, and #7 all-time in NCAA Division II history in the heptathlon. Within one year I improved my personal best by almost 600 points currently ranked as one of the top 10 heptathletes of Germany. My journey is about resilience, growth, and untapped potential. My goal is to qualify for the 2027 World Championships and the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
